Deirdre Kiernan has over thirty years experience and founded the Speechclinic over twenty years ago. She sees all childhood communication disorders and adults with voice, stammering and literacy difficulties. She is the lecturer for voice disorders on the Master's in Speech and Language Therapy at the University of Limerick.
Dierdre specialises in in the treatment of; language/speech disorders, literacy/dyslexia, stammering and voice disorders.
She regularly attends postgraduate courses too numerous to detail. She is a member of the Special Interest Group in Language disorders.
She works in private practice at the Speech Clinic with Fiona Young and Bridget Scanlon which supports and facilitates continuing professional development.
