About my practice
2003 Academy of Education, Warsaw

Dominika has completed a Master's Degree in SLT (2003) and a PhD in Medicine and Health (UCC, 2017). She has been working as an SLT in Kerry since 2005. Her clinical experience includes community, residential and acute settings (both children and adults). Her particular interest is in neurological conditions, complex needs, and autism.
Dominika has completed a number of professional training courses, including PECS, Hanen, Manual Laryngeal Therapy, Voice Restoration Techniques, Videofluoroscopy and Bobath. She is fully trained in the management of swallowing difficulties (babies, children and adults). She is a qualified Lamh Tutor and Brain Gym instructor. She is one of the few professionals in Ireland who completed certification in the Early Start Denver Model for young children with autism (Sacramento Institute in California). Dominika lectures part-time in the University of Limerick (postgraduate speech & language therapy course).
