About my practice

Talk Time Speech Therapy is an independent practice located in Greystones, Co Wicklow serving toddlers, preschoolers and school aged children. In addition to speech and language assessments and therapy, I provide aural rehabilitation to children and adults after receiving a cochlear implant and/or hearing aid.

I have over 20 years of experience working as a speech language therapist in a variety of settings including schools, clinics and private practice. More recently I have begun using tele-practice (therapy over the internet.) While I have worked with all ages and communication difficulties the majority of my work has been in early intervention and early childhood communication difficulties. I recently moved from San Francisco where I had my own private practice.

I have specialist knowledge in the area of hearing loss having worked with children in the Auditory Oral School of San Francisco for many years. While living in San Francisco I worked with the Cochlear Implant Team in the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) providing aural rehabilitation (listening therapy) to adults and children.
