About my practice
Saerlaith Murphy MSc, provides a range of services for children and adults. With 10 years experience in the public health system with adults across the UK and Ireland, and 3 years as an independent practitioner with children, Saerlaith has a wealth of clinical knowledge and skills. Saerlaith’s ethos focuses on bridging evidence based practice with supporting and empowering clients to achieve their goals. Saerlaith’s additional training as a life and career coach enables her to support clients and caregivers. The therapeutic process is collaborative and highly individualised. Through her career Saerlaith set up and lead services, supervised students and clinicians, and contributed to research. Currently Saerlaith works with clients who require the below services:
Early intervention
Autistic children (Gestalt Language Processing)
Adults with swallowing difficulties
Adults with voice difficulties
Adults post stroke or Brain Injury
Adults focusing on increasing confidence in communication situations
Availability: Saerlaith Murphy Speech Therapy is based in Westport, Co. Mayo and provides face-to-face appointments at this location. Telehealth appointments are available.
