WELCOMING NEW CLIENTS!
Hi, I’m Aisling, a Clinical Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at SpeechMatters Clinic, based in Rathgar/Rathmines, Dublin 6. We offer both in-person and online appointments. I am a registered member of the Irish Association of Speech & Language Therapists and a CORU Registered Clinician.
I work with children, teenagers and adults with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs. My experience includes language development, autism, gestalt language processing, stammering, cleft palate speech, speech sound difficulties and voice.
I am a European Clinical Specialist in Stuttering (ESS) and work closely with the Irish Stammering Association. I have also completed advanced training in stammering/stuttering, cleft palate speech and velopharyngeal speech.

Our clinicians bring experience from community clinics, hospitals and specialist cleft services and private practice. The team is also trained in gestalt language processing, supporting children in ways that recognise and build on their individual communication style.
Training and support
We provide training and practical support for parents, teachers and childcare professionals, both online and in person. Our clinicians are trained in programmes including Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Hanen More Than Words, mini-KIDS and the Palin Parent-Child Interaction Programme for children who stammer.
I am also an Elklan Tutor, providing training in early language, speech sound development and voice care for families, schools, Montessori settings and playschools.
Voice and Parkinson’s
As a certified LSVT Clinician, I support people with Parkinson’s to strengthen their voice and improve communication. I also work with teachers and other professionals experiencing voice difficulties.
